Located Trace, captures the  surface marks created by the environment and people in 12 locations across Manchester. The project consisted of 12 sheets of steel being taped to the ground of 12 varying locations within a 4 mile radius of Manchester. The sheets were left for a duration of 7 days, with images taken to document any changes made to their surface . Varied locations were used to document the difference  environmental and human impacts had on the marks accrued during the project’s duration. Placed on both quiet and busy footpaths, cycle paths, roads and by motorways. The collection now exists as a catalogue of physical objects that document each specific location.
